I cannot speak highly enough about this establishment. After exploring numerous nail salons in BA, I finally stumbled upon this gem! I walked in on a busy Friday evening around 5 p.m., and the place was nearly at full capacity, with only two available seats. I quickly took a seat and was promptly offered water. The wait time was estimated to be between 8 to 15 minutes. After about 10 minutes, a lovely young lady named Nancy attended to me. She was incredibly polite and sweet. Despite the bustling environment, she did an excellent job on my nails in a reasonable amount of time. I left the salon feeling extremely satisfied.
What a delightful experience I had at this establishment four months ago! I am truly grateful that I decided to visit. The entire team consistently delivers exceptional service when it comes to doing my nails. If there is ever a need to redo a nail, they handle it without any hint of attitude. Their kindness, efficiency, and respect are truly commendable. After spending seven years at a previous salon, this has become my new go-to place.
I must give a shoutout to Cody! He is the reason I keep coming back! I had the pleasure of receiving services from him at Milano Nail Bar in South Tulsa. While that salon is great, if you're looking for top-notch nail care, Cody at Lush is the best choice. His skills, attention to detail, and cleanliness in his work are truly impressive!
