Evelyn Thompson I took my son in for a 1:30 appointment. We had been customers for a couple of years. In the beginning things were nice but I would never go back again the stylist was clearly in a bad mood. She kept skipping over my son and taking other customers. We left at 4:30 all my son needed was a wash, set and his hair blow dried. My son said she was “rough”.
I called ALL DAY long, no answer. I decided to go walk-in. No greeting NOTHING!!!! I seat and wait to be address or at least have an opportunity to talk to one of the hairdressers. The tall lady name DjiDji walks out for 20min after cutting me off and telling me to wait. At this point I’m there for 45min… I finally ask again when can my hair be done please and that’s when she tells me there’s 3 people before me. Unbelievably RUDE -_- terrible customer service.
I honestly love my hair. Yet, I've seen them skip over people who are not from their culture. Once I had an appointment arrived early and the owner sat on the phone talking rather than taking me. It's blatantly disrespectful. It got to the point where another worker took me. They should work on there hospitality and double checking with the clients and they'd be a force to reckon with.
