AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Our daughter visited JulieAnn for a vibrant blue hair dye, but it turned into a series of disappointments. The first attempt resulted in a dark brown color, the second in shades of teal, and she was driven home without consent due to time constraints. When she arrived, her hair was wet, dye staining her skin. The third try only produced a hint of blue on a black base. Our teen daughter was left devastated, out $350, and far from the desired color. Despite promises of more blue after washing, this lack of professionalism is unacceptable. JulieAnn should have been honest about her limitations from the start. Prior experiences with other stylists had been successful without any issues.
