Received a fantastic new look from Isabella today. She truly understood my vision and executed it perfectly. Ecstatic!
Booked an appointment online this morning for a haircut at 1:30. I received a confirmation text and it was acknowledged. Arrived at 1:20, approached the door but no one was present. Waited until 1:30, still no stylists. Even left a voicemail after calling. Left at 1:40 as the stylists had not arrived. Unprofessional service. Would rate 0 stars if possible. On a positive note, got a fabulous haircut at The Lavender Lounge. Highly recommend.
