I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for quite some time now, and they never fail to impress me! The UV Gel fill-in service is consistently executed flawlessly, especially when Nicole is the one working on my nails. She is incredibly talented in creating designs based on any reference photo I show her. Additionally, they offer a nail membership card that gets stamped on each visit for rewards, and the complimentary massages during the service are top-notch. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, with a wide array of nail polish colors to choose from and various spa pedicure options available. While appointments are recommended, they are also accommodating to walk-in clients.
I have visited this salon multiple times and each time my nails have turned out beautifully. I went in to have my gel nails removed as I mentioned I would be taking a break for a few weeks. The technician used a drill to remove the gel, but unfortunately, she also removed all the nail polish and the builder gel layer. The drilling was so aggressive that it left gouges in my nails and made them very thin. The photos I have taken a month later clearly show the difference in thickness between the damaged nail and the new growth. It was evident that they were busy at the time, but I wish they had suggested I come back later instead of rushing through and damaging my nails. While I understand that gel nails can lead to thinning, I did not expect such deep gouges. I would have been willing to pay more for a proper removal process.
My experience at this salon was absolutely dreadful! I strongly advise against going here! I paid $55 for a pedicure and the results were appalling - polish was smeared everywhere, the application was messy, and they did not bother to clean up any excess polish on my skin. To make matters worse, someone other than the usual technician painted my nails, and it seemed like they were inexperienced and unsure of what they were doing. I will never set foot in this place again, and I will not recommend it to anyone! As if that wasn't bad enough, as I was leaving and not leaving a tip due to the poor service, one of the staff members loudly called out to draw attention to the fact that I wasn't tipping. It was extremely rude and unprofessional!
