My visit to this salon was absolutely wonderful! After attempting to bleach my own hair during quarantine, I sought their expertise to fix the mishap. Laura did an exceptional job correcting the uneven color and achieving the exact shade I desired. I am thrilled with the results and will definitely be a returning customer!
I visited this salon to have my hair styled and dyed purple, and the results were fantastic. However, after my initial visit, I have been unable to secure another appointment despite multiple promises to follow up. I even tried walking in one day, but was informed that appointments had to be made in advance. Is anyone else encountering this issue? While I hate to give a two-star rating, the lack of communication is concerning for a potential long-term client.
The staff here is so welcoming and attentive! I adored the outcome of my hair after getting balayage highlights, layers, and a luxurious shampoo and conditioner treatment for about $200. The whole experience was fantastic, and I definitely plan on returning ♥️
