The individuals here were incredibly pleasant! The pricing was fantastic, the establishment was spotless, and most importantly, I am absolutely in LOVE with my nails. The technician did an outstanding job with the shape and color. The acrylic is just the right thickness and looks absolutely fantastic! I do not think anyone has ever done my nails this well. Thank you so much!!!
I have not had my nails done in years and have not had acrylic for nearly 15 years, but when my mother came to visit and we both felt the need to get pampered, I quickly made appointments for us. We indulged in manicures and pedicures. I opted for a new acrylic ombre powder set, while my mother chose a signature manicure. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to both of us. Their care for my mother's arthritic hands truly impressed me. I have attached photos of my set, which I am extremely pleased with (although I am not a hand model for a reason). I cannot stop admiring my fingers and hands; I love the sight of them. The prices are quite reasonable. I am certain that I will be returning the next time I have the opportunity to get my nails done. Thank you so much!
Accompanied a friend to get our nails done and left feeling extremely dissatisfied. She departed with acetone burns, nails so thin they were practically paper, and did not even receive a completed service. There is not a single aspect of my nails that I am pleased with. The individual who worked on them failed to remove the all-black polish from my previous set (I opted for an acrylic fill), causing it to show through the pink on nearly every nail. It seems he was overly cautious after nearly drilling through my natural nail while attempting to remove the color. He glanced at the picture of the design I wanted for barely a moment, resulting in a full French set instead of my desired look. The nails are bumpy, uneven, varying in size, and the green polish abruptly ends at the sides. He did not fully cover the nails with acrylic, and there is no proper apex, causing the nails to lift less than a week later. I am extremely disappointed and genuinely cannot fathom that I paid for this service.
