I'll rate it 3 stars, as the haircut was decent. However, the blowout, if you can even call it that, was atrocious. I walked out looking like I had just let my hair dry naturally. Barely any mousse used, hardly any brushing. I should have spoken up, but I stayed silent. It seemed like minimal effort was put in.
