If I could leave zero stars, I would. My young son visited this salon on 7/18 for a full foil/toner. The stylist pressured him to buy $58 worth of products after the service. Upon calling the salon, I was informed by the receptionist that the owner (Robin) had left for the day and I needed to speak with her directly to return the products. When I spoke with Robin the next day, she refused to take back the products claiming they could be "contaminated" since the bottles were not sealed. This seemed unreasonable to me, considering they were just hair products. As a business owner, she should be ashamed of her lack of customer service.
Additionally, my son's hair did not turn out well. He ended up with an orange "hot root" instead of the soft brown he wanted. This cost us $260+ (excluding the $58 in products). Robin offered to fix it within a week, but after the poor treatment regarding the products, I have no intention of returning to that salon.
