I've rated this nation a 5 before. But lately, the past 3 times at least that I've been in, 1 of those was right after my father passed away, and I brought 2 of my children in with me. We all had pedicures. I think only 1 or 2 speak Spanish, which isn't unusual for these shops. Most employees can comprehend Spanish, though not speaking it. They'll just look to the one that can speak Spanish when they don't understand what you mean. They usually do a good job. But, the gap in communication plus the rudeness when they are all speaking a different language around you, not understanding, makes me lower my rating. My last visit was the worst. I doubt I'll go back, won't say never because you never know.
