I discovered The Body Dynamic while seeking a massage therapist with a more clinical approach than the typical spa experience.
Ryan is remarkably friendly and professional. He took the time to elucidate why certain muscle groups were causing discomfort and tension, the methods he was employing to alleviate those issues, and suggested stretches I could perform independently to maintain the progress. He cautioned me that I might feel sore later in the day, which turned out to be true, but the improvement in how I felt upon waking up this morning far outweighed any discomfort. I feel more at ease than I have in a long while.
