I bring my teenage daughter to Abby's for her haircuts. It's great that she feels comfortable enough for me to drop her off and run errands. The staff also makes me feel welcome if I choose to stay.
The quality has declined since the last visit. Prices have gone up without any noticeable improvements in the services offered. The massage areas have been reduced in size, making it cramped for both clients and therapists. Additionally, the treatment rooms no longer have sinks for convenience. It seems like the business is struggling financially, and I foresee a change in ownership or closure within the next 1-2 years. Not worth the time or money.
