I had difficulty locating what I needed in the vast store, but the staff were exceptionally kind and persistent until they found the two items I was seeking. The checkout experience was also pleasant. The store is impeccably organized, clean, and offers a wide range of products at various price points. I will definitely return here whenever I require anything :)
I scheduled a spontaneous "root touch-up" appointment yesterday. Right from the start, Taylor was incredibly warm and welcoming. I have a full head of highlights with significant regrowth at the roots and some grey strands mixed in. We discussed my desired outcome, and he delivered. I absolutely ADORE the results, Taylor!!!!
The initial image is what I had when I entered the salon. I sport a striking blonde highlight, and I simply wanted the highlight to have its roots touched up. The following image serves as my inspiration. I aimed for the entire highlight to be a pure white hue. The final two images depict what I left with... I felt really disappointed and expressed my dissatisfaction to my stylist. The outcome appeared significantly darker, and I detested it. I informed her that it turned out much darker than the inspiration image I had displayed. The only solution they proposed was for me to purchase a clarifying shampoo and wash my hair multiple times. Supposedly, it should resemble the color in the inspiration picture after multiple washes... Not only did I have to pay for a hair service that was far from what I desired, but I also had to spend more money to return and wash my hair multiple times tonight in hopes of lightening it. Frankly, I am deeply upset and I made it clear that I really disliked my hair... The fact that the only resolution offered was for me to spend more money to try and rectify it myself was quite overwhelming, and I am truly disappointed... You would assume that if this was a situation where I had to spend extra money and fix it at home, they would at least provide the clarifying shampoo to address it.
