I'm grateful I found Mitchell James Salon after my long-time hair stylist retired. I was anxious, but James is a skilled professional who listens well. I am very particular about my hair cut and color, and he surpasses my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend James!
James accommodated me for an early haircut appointment. He did an excellent job, replicating the style from the picture I showed him. He used various unique tools to shape and cut my hair, which I found intriguing. Situated in the heart of STL, making it very convenient. I would definitely suggest him to a friend.
The staff at this salon is incredibly compassionate and well-informed. I visited over the weekend following a bad coloring experience at another salon. They managed to fit me in on the same day, and James offered professional advice on how to rectify the issue, along with much-needed reassurance. The caring staff who answered the phone and stylist Carmela provided me with tremendous support. Carmela patiently listened to my story and was extremely empathetic and considerate. I am immensely grateful for them and highly recommend their services!
