I had a conversation with the manager, who invited me to return for a discount, which I appreciate as they are attempting to rectify their error. I went back, and Mary took care of my eyebrows. She did an excellent job, taking her time to ensure they were done correctly. I will only return if Mary is available to shape my eyebrows.
The individual who shaped my eyebrows made a mistake by cutting off hair that should not have been touched. When I asked if they could fix it, they refused, claiming it was already cut. Furthermore, they attempted to charge me the full price for the botched eyebrows. All I received was a simple apology, and they even took a photo of the error. Only after I insisted on paying for their mistake did they reduce the charge to $10. If you make such a significant error and acknowledge it, why would you charge the customer at all? I have never experienced such a terrible eyebrow mishap. Beware of this establishment.
Julian Johnson I frequented this place from 2019 to 2021 until half of my eyebrow was accidentally removed during threading. Today, I decided to give them another chance, but my eyebrow was actually cut, making it the most excruciating experience I've ever had. I will definitely not be returning!
