This pet store is quite expensive. The employees are friendly and the store is well-maintained. I visited to compare prices on no-pull harnesses and found that their prices are almost double what other stores like Chewy and Amazon offer. While I usually like to buy toys here, this time I refrained due to the high prices and limited selection. I doubt I'll return.
The staff here are welcoming and I received excellent help from an employee named Alex. The store is tidy and well-organized.
My respect for this store diminished when I saw the kittens available for adoption. A group of orange kittens were all suckling on one sibling, a behavior that can be harmful. The fact that no one intervened to separate them is concerning. These kittens should have been placed in a foster home to break this habit.
