I've visited numerous hair salons, but this one was truly an exceptional experience. Lyndsey is not only skilled with the clippers but also incredibly welcoming. The way she effortlessly engages in conversation makes it feel like we've been friends for years, enhancing the overall experience tenfold! This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on. I have been a loyal customer here for some time now. While most of the stylists are pleasant, the pricing seems a bit steep. Today, I encountered an issue when I arrived at 3:25 for a haircut, but the system refused to check me in. Despite the actual time being 3:25, I was repeatedly informed that I couldn't be accommodated at 3:45 due to system shutdowns. The lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude displayed by the staff was disappointing. If the establishment prefers not to accept any more clients, a simple explanation would suffice, rather than providing inaccurate information and behaving unprofessionally.
This is the sole establishment my son frequents due to consistently good service and quality cuts. However, his recent visit left much to be desired. Despite paying a higher price, the stylist failed to blend his haircut well, leaving it looking like a simple bowl cut with no fade and minimal work on the top. Disappointed by the lackluster outcome, it's evident that he received subpar service for the increased cost. It feels as though the stylist took advantage of his youth and disregarded his preferences.
