I picked this establishment based on reviews, assuming they are regulars. We traveled from Florida to see my Aunt and wanted to treat her. The whole process felt rushed, her polish was messy, even dripping down the side of her toe, with bare nails near the cuticles. It was so thickly applied that it didn't dry properly. My sibling was charged an extra $10 for the wax, never got the scented soak or scrub because she was practically finished before asking about the type of pedicure he wanted. It seems like they booked 3 pedicures when they didn't have the quality time to do so. I would have preferred if they had turned us away.
