I picked this establishment based on reviews, assuming they are regulars. We traveled from Florida to see my Aunt and wanted to treat her. She had been caring for her sick husband full-time for the past 6 months and deserved some pampering. My sibling and Aunt were both attended to by the same technician. My sibling went first. When it seemed like she was done, he inquired about paraffin wax. At that moment, we were offered spa pedicures for an extra $10. We all agreed. His feet were dipped in the warm wax bags and she started on my Aunt's feet. The whole process felt rushed, her polish was messy, even dripping down the side of her toe, with bare nails near the cuticles. It was so thickly applied that it didn't dry properly. My sibling was charged an extra $10 for the wax, never got the scented soak or scrub because she was practically finished before asking about the type of pedicure he wanted. It seems like they booked 3 pedicures when they didn't have the quality time to do so. I would have preferred if they had turned us away.
Lovely French nail art! My spouse's parent went for dip powder while I opted for a gel manicure. They squeezed us in last minute, just a day before my marriage. They work swiftly and are incredibly welcoming ☺️. UPDATE: my gel manicure held up for 3-4 weeks with minimal chipping! I will definitely return.
