For the past seven years, I have been a loyal client of Jean's. Despite traveling 45 minutes to see her, I would not hesitate to cross state borders if necessary. Jean is exceptionally transparent about services, pricing, and the outcomes to expect. She not only helps enhance your appearance and confidence but also emphasizes embracing your natural beauty. Unlike many medical spas focused on sales, Jean only suggests treatments that are tailored to your specific needs. She has even dissuaded me from certain services that wouldn't have suited me. It's rare to encounter someone so genuine and client-focused. Jean is not only kind-hearted but also one of the most authentic individuals I've ever met. Every appointment with her feels like a therapeutic session. I typically do not write reviews, especially given my background in the service industry. However, after receiving a classic pedicure here, I felt compelled to share my experience. The appointment lasted a mere 15 minutes, with the technician rushing through the entire process. Surprisingly, there was no massage or lotion application, which I believe is quite unusual for a pedicure service.
