I typically do not write reviews, especially given my background in the service industry. However, after receiving a classic pedicure here, I felt compelled to share my experience. The appointment lasted a mere 15 minutes, with the technician rushing through the entire process. Surprisingly, there was no massage or lotion application, which I believe is quite unusual for a pedicure service. I would not recommend this place to others.
I requested a vibrant hot pink manicure and pedicure, inquiring about availability as a walk-in. They confirmed they had time. However, I was not informed of the price beforehand. The service felt hurried, with the technician accidentally scraping off my toe polish due to a malfunctioning lamp. Despite this, it was left unfixed. To my dismay, the polish lost its color within a few hours of leaving the salon. I paid $93 and am dissatisfied with the service and results. While I don't frequent spas often, I expect my nails to last longer than a day. I cannot recommend this establishment.
I absolutely adored my nails! I decided to drop in without an appointment, and they promptly attended to me. The staff was incredibly friendly, and my nails turned out precisely as I had envisioned. I will definitely return with all my friends.
