The place is consistently tidy. The staff is usually attentive and friendly. The only thing I would suggest is to have rugs in the tanning rooms so that bare feet don't get cold on the hard floors, especially during the winter when they get quite dirty. It would be lovely to have a rug to walk on and avoid getting your feet so dirty.
