I recently indulged in a spa treatment that exceeded all my expectations. Jamie, the esthetician, displayed a remarkable level of care and attentiveness towards my skin concerns, providing personalized treatment. Tanya's massage was exceptional, striking the perfect balance between deep pressure and relaxation, effectively releasing tension. The professionalism of the staff, coupled with the pristine environment, made my visit truly delightful. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit!
I visited this spa with my cousin and had a disappointing experience. The staff was impolite to us, raising their voices when we couldn't figure out how to operate the "hot tub" which looked nothing like the advertised picture. Despite leaving 20 minutes early due to the unpleasant encounter, we were still charged for the full 45 minutes. When we approached the front desk to settle the bill, we were met with disdainful glares and rude behavior. I strongly advise against visiting this place if you wish to avoid being scolded and embarrassed. I do not recommend it at all.
I just had an outstanding facial treatment at this spa. Jamie's expertise was evident in the fantastic results. During my session, there was a customer in the sauna playing loud music, disrupting the tranquil atmosphere. However, the staff handled the situation with grace and professionalism, making sure to address the issue promptly. I will definitely be returning for another visit.
