I absolutely adore the work that both Kim B. and Debbie G. perform on my hair! I have been scheduling with Kim for around 10 years and I am always satisfied with my color and cut. Last year, I decided to incorporate hair extensions into the mix and visited Debbie for that service. I love double-booking because I can seamlessly transition from Kim for my color to Debbie who enhances my extensions. They always communicate effectively about my color and appointments, and I never depart dissatisfied! I also receive wonderful compliments about my hair. The best part is, both ladies are not only incredibly skilled in their craft, but they are remarkable individuals whom I always enjoy conversing with. I endorse them time and time again! As an added bonus, I also appreciate when Chris manages the front desk! He is exceedingly kind, patient, engaging to converse with, cheerful, and makes booking appointments a breeze!
The chandelier above the counter is unsightly and you should consider adding a mirror behind the counter so patrons can see themselves during checkout. Additionally, having a menu behind the counter displaying your services and prices would be a valuable addition for customers to peruse while waiting. Overall, I would enthusiastically recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a new destination. An exceptional spot for a hair transformation, with a consistently friendly and accommodating staff. 5 STARS
I just relocated to the region and was seeking a Deva curl cut and color. Annalee was suggested when I phoned and she is exceptional. She is patient, kind, and an extremely skilled stylist. The salon also boasts a fantastic ambiance that is stunning and pristine with the friendliest individuals working there. I adored my salon visit and highly recommend this treasure.
