I’ve visited this place twice. First time I left with wet crooked acrylics, I returned and they fixed it. My toes were also not dry and they put my shoes back on me and the nails smudged. They rectified the situation. This last time I went, toes were not dry, despite being told they were, and they were completely smudged and ruined. Spent 70 dollars for nothing good. And my sibling was overcharged. Terrible. I would like a refund.
Envy Nails in Bozeman, MT is one of those exceptional establishments in which almost immediately upon entering one is made to feel special and important. I’ve visited Envy Nails three or four times in the last two years for manicures and pedicures, and every time I depart the place content: my toes are more colorful, adding a skip to my step; my fingernails brighter and more cheerful; nails polished up galore in a timely manner. The manicurists are amiable and they know nails. One departs there feeling like the loveliest Envy of the whole town!
This was my initial time getting my nails done, and I had a fantastic experience. It was a very welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. The gentleman who did my nails (I believe his name was Ben) was very courteous, paid attention to detail, and checked with me during every step of the process. I’m extremely pleased with my nails, and my experience at Envy Nail Bar!
