Their nail work is superb (and I'm quite particular, haha), making them a definite recommendation. Grace, who did my mom's pedicure, was delightful! However, the prices advertised online when booking didn't match the final prices given post-service. Some services lacked inclusions found in other salons, leading to additional charges. Consistent and transparent pricing is preferred, but I'd return for another visit due to an otherwise great experience.
This nail salon is a must-visit! The pricing is fantastic, the staff is welcoming, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the vibrating chairs offer numerous health benefits. The pedicure experience was exceptional. From calf to toe, my legs were pampered with cleansing, moisturizing, and a relaxing massage. The attention to detail in clipping was unparalleled. The use of hot towels from knee to ankle not only felt soothing but also aids in circulation, muscle relaxation, skin softening. It may sound odd, but I'm excited for my toenails to grow.
My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. The consistent emptiness of the salon suggests a lack of quality service. During a scheduling conflict, I was unable to cancel an appointment due to a phone issue. Upon trying to reschedule, I was denied future accommodations, which felt unreasonable and unprofessional. Except for the Cuban nail technician who did a great job, the overall service fell short of expectations. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this salon.
