I purchased a one-month package, but after the month ended, they pressured me into signing up for a six-month plan. I was forced to keep going and pay monthly for the next five months, or they would charge me $50. After completing the six months, they continued to charge me for the next two months without my knowledge. They refused to issue a refund, so I will not be coming back.
The employees were pleasant, but I won't be returning for another spray tan. I've had numerous spray tans before, and I've never encountered a machine that caused the product to run all the way down my arms to my fingertips. Now, I have to rush home to fix this before my upcoming event.
The staff is consistently friendly, the facilities are clean, and the tanning bulbs are well-maintained.
