I read some reviews before trying out this nail salon and was hesitant, but decided to give it a shot. I am so happy I did! Anthony was not only funny and sweet but also did an amazing job on my nails. I think I've found my new nail technician and I can't wait to see what we come up with for my next set!🖤
Every visit here has left me dissatisfied; they don't properly remove old nail polish, instead they forcefully rip it off, causing pain and bleeding around my nails. The nails end up crooked, and the polish doesn't cover them completely. Despite years of complaints, they don't seem to care as they have no competition in the area. Either a new salon should open nearby, or we should all start going elsewhere. The only time I had a good experience was with a male technician, which is why I gave it two stars. However, most of the time, the service is subpar, and the lady there is incredibly rude. I witnessed her being disrespectful to a bride whose nails she had done poorly.
I'm not too fussy, but my visit here was absolutely dreadful. They aggressively removed the gel polish, causing skin damage, and cut three of my toes unevenly, leading to an infection that required antibiotics. My nails were left uneven and misshapen.
