This was my inaugural waxing/sugaring session, and Elle made me feel completely at ease! She walked me through each step, her touch was gentle yet effective, and her hospitality was outstanding! Her studio was spotless and inviting. Although she jokingly mentioned her one rule of "No screaming," her gentle approach has secured me as a returning client. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment. Initially, I had high expectations based on their Instagram and website, for which I made a deposit. However, my scheduled appointment started two hours late without any acknowledgment or compensation for the delay. Despite requesting small box braids, the braider seemed unfamiliar with the style and even needed a reference photo. To my dismay, the braids did not turn out as small as I had envisioned.
