I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment. Initially, I had high expectations based on their Instagram and website, for which I made a deposit. However, my scheduled appointment started two hours late without any acknowledgment or compensation for the delay. Despite requesting small box braids, the braider seemed unfamiliar with the style and even needed a reference photo. To my dismay, the braids did not turn out as small as I had envisioned. This was my inaugural waxing/sugaring session, and Elle made me feel completely at ease! She walked me through each step, her touch was gentle yet effective, and her hospitality was outstanding!
