Every visit to Jasmine Nails is always amazing. I received exactly what I wanted and couldn't be happier! Lam, Tea, and Henry are exceptional! They are all incredibly talented artists who truly understand your vision.
I am so let down by the nail service I received. My gel manicure started chipping just two days after, and now, a week later, most of them are completely chipped. This is frustrating because I got them done for a Disney trip, and they were so cute. The salon was very busy with walk-in customers, which is okay, but the manager, who was also at the reception, kept leaving to greet people while working on my nails. I originally had a 9 am appointment but had to change it to 2 pm two days prior. When I called to reschedule, the person hurriedly agreed and hung up. On the day of my appointment, I asked if they could take me earlier at 1:30, and they said yes. However, when I arrived at 1:15, my pedicure didn't start until almost 2. By 2:30, my manicure hadn't even begun, and I had to leave at 3. When I inquired, they rushed through it, leading to the chipping. It's disappointing to pay $50 for a manicure that looks like this just a few days later. I'm giving 2 stars for adjusting my schedule slightly.
