Yesterday 7/31, I received a text and voicemail from Taylor the receptionist, reminding me to grab the scrub as it would be waiting for me there. Taylor also failed to hang up the phone and proceeded to talk negatively and laugh about me, thinking the call was over. The voicemail goes on for 1:56 minutes, with chatter and laughter in the background meaning that it was multiple individuals who were talking and laughing about me.
I am very disappointed in how the individuals here behave and handle customers, even a customer complaint. Given how sensitive the business is - dealing with people's bodies and self-esteems, I would've expected more compassion and understanding about my issue.
