Lashes came off within 4 hours. When I returned to have them redone, I had to wait until all the customers who came in after me were served. I strongly suggest looking for a different establishment for lashes!
Visited to have my daughter's brows done and she requested Ruby. The response was a nonchalant "me," and when my daughter confirmed, she rolled her eyes as if she didn't want to do it. I didn't appreciate her demeanor. I will certainly seek out another place!
The women working there were distant and impolite. We sat for half an hour only to be told she couldn't do a lash lift or what my friend wanted. Frankly, it was a waste of time.
