My child with special needs visited the beauty salon for a foot and nail treatment. They billed her $150 for toes that weren't fully painted and nails that came off the same day. I inquired about the cost of gel tips - $70, and a gel pedicure - $40. However, they charged her $150 and did a terrible job. They took advantage of someone with special needs. Although I've been a loyal customer for a long time, they always treated her well when we were present, but her young caregiver brought her this time. We won't be returning, they are nice to your face but exploit the disabled.

The worst manicure experience ever! They used a drill to remove my regular polish, leaving my nails with strange ridges and thin. Cuticles weren't even pushed back. I barely spent 5 minutes in the chair and was charged $30. The pedicure was decent, but there was no leg massage at all. They barely applied lotion.
