I visited Chelsea Chen based on a friend's suggestion. Let me tell you, she is outstanding! It's the little details that I didn't initially consider that really stood out a few days later. Chelsea respected my budget and didn't go over it, she was meticulous in solving the mess I presented her with, she was kind and took her time without any judgment. It's been a while since I had such a fantastic salon experience. And not a single drop of color out of place, no awkward color line around my hairline.
Absolutely top-notch! The atmosphere is so calming and the service is impeccable.
