I had some concern about getting my nails done here after reading some reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was promptly attended to and offered a beverage. My nails turned out exactly as I requested, and they were meticulously done. I will definitely be a returning customer.
The service I received was highly unsatisfactory. The technician rushed through both my manicure and pedicure. I wanted my nails to match my toes in color, but that didn't happen for some unknown reason. Paying for a poorly done service is unacceptable. There are bumps and cracks in the acrylic, and the nail bling wasn't applied properly. I urge others to take their business elsewhere for better and more satisfying results. This visit will be my first and last. Very disappointed.
Excellent job!! Exceptional customer service!!! Affordable rates as well. They always treat my 9-year-old son like royalty whenever we visit. I've also had my eyebrows waxed there before, and they always do an outstanding job.
