My experience was terrible, the person who greeted me was rude and didn't understand what I wanted for my nails. He didn't cut them to the length I requested and didn't comprehend my explanations. After putting them on, he started cutting my nails off and said he wouldn't serve me. This was for my birthday nails and it was the worst experience ever. I've been here at least 6 times before and never had such a bad experience. The manager also came over, seated me elsewhere, and didn't apologize, just terrible.
