I discovered this establishment through a friend I know. I am quite cautious when it comes to my appearance and how it is handled. Firstly, this place is immaculate and well-kept all day long. The manager and staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Now, onto the services they offer, they are fantastic. To achieve your desired beauty goals (even more stunning than you already are), you need to communicate clearly with the staff about your preferences, desired areas of focus, or specific treatments you are interested in. I have visited this place numerous times as I have struggled with acne for most of my life, yes, even to this day. I have been a patron here for the past 2-3 years and I can confidently say that my skin has improved significantly. It has become smoother, with fewer breakouts (even during times of stress and menstruation), and the dark spots have faded, making them less noticeable.
I brought my 18-year-old son here for a facial, and the esthetician kept making negative comments about his acne, saying it was "too severe" and that his face was ruined. The whole purpose of the facial was to address the acne issue... My son had to stop the treatment halfway through and asked to leave, as he was in tears. This place is terrible, the people are awful, and the service is atrocious. If I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would.
I have been a regular visitor here for approximately 3 years for facials and waxing (except during the initial closure due to the pandemic). The location is conveniently close to the subway and easy to access. Each room is beautifully decorated and cozy. I feel at ease here and always receive top-notch services. It is one of the few places where I haven't experienced breakouts after waxing, and since I started getting regular facials, my skin looks incredibly healthy. I highly recommend this place.
