I always zip through the drive-thru without any delays. The staff members and pharmacists are always courteous and well-informed.
I was given a $20 estimate for my prescription over the phone, but when I got there, they charged me $30. I had to wait a whole week to get my prescription through Medicaid, only to be told on the first of the month that it needed prior authorization. This situation is frustrating.
This pharmacy in Booneville is the absolute worst. Even drug dealers have better communication, customer service, and respect for their clients.
