Arrived with high expectations for a top-notch establishment, snapped a pic right after my visit. The interior is spotless and impressive, hence the 1-star rating. Other technicians seemed pleasant with their clients, but unfortunately, the technician who worked on my nails was not up to par. I experienced discomfort when she was filing my already short nails, and she scolded me for flinching. Her French tip design skills were also lacking. I'll leave this feedback here and let you be the judge.
My first time at this nail salon. The pedicure massage was the best I've ever had in all of Bonney Lake! Michelle was exceptional! The service was friendly overall. The only thing I would have preferred is to have my pedicure and manicure done separately. This may have been due to me booking an hour before closing, but I personally prefer to enjoy both services individually. Nevertheless, it's a lovely, clean, peaceful space, and I intend to return in the future!
Absolutely loved my visits here. The staff is welcoming, the atmosphere is serene, and I've been introduced to some bold colors that I wouldn't have tried otherwise. Additionally, they have been very attentive and considerate of the fragility of my nails. Henry/Anna have been my technicians, and I am grateful for their service. MUCH APPRECIATED!
