Arrived with high expectations for a top-notch establishment, snapped a pic right after my visit. The interior is spotless and impressive, hence the 1-star rating. Other technicians seemed pleasant with their clients, but unfortunately, the technician who worked on my nails was not up to par. I experienced discomfort when she was filing my already short nails, and she scolded me for flinching. Her French tip design skills were also lacking. Today I received my very first facial treatment here, and I was thoroughly impressed. I wish I could recall the name of my esthetician; she was absolutely wonderful. I even scheduled my next appointment with her before leaving. Every step of the process was explained to me as it was being done, and I felt completely at ease and relaxed with her.
