I visited Artistic Nails on a whim when I urgently needed a pedicure. Alex, the owner, promptly accommodated me and appointed me to Ashley. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was delighted with the serene service. I quickly realized that Artistic Nails is the nail salon I've been searching for all my life! Consequently, I have been a devoted patron since my initial visit nearly half a year ago. I adore the ambiance and the engaging conversations; they truly make me feel like a part of the Artistic Nails community! In conclusion, this is the ideal spot for you! On a side note, Olivia and Alex excel in intricate nail art! They are phenomenal!

I visited for a nail session opting for liquid gel. Sadly, within three days post my visit, most of my nails broke. Upon contacting the proprietor, Thai, he advised me to return for a fix, which I did. During the redo, he mentioned that initially, he applied a thin layer to maintain a natural look, assuming I preferred it that way due to my daily typing. However, this time, he applied a thicker layer. Yet, after two days, three nails broke again. Following another call to Thai, I scheduled an appointment but faced a family emergency on the day. Upon rescheduling, Thai accommodated me and had a lady attend to my nails. Despite my request for a different color, the lady proceeded with a fill-in. Thai interjected, suggesting the liquid gel was better and thicker, leading me to believe they were rectifying the issue. However, upon completion, I was charged for a fill-in and a color change. Feeling upset about the unexpected charges, especially since it had only been 10 days since the initial appointment and not the claimed two weeks, I paid $130 for unsatisfactory results. Disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy, I wouldn't recommend this establishment and won't be returning. It's disheartening when conversations about clients occur in a language they don't understand.
