I treated my partner to a massage at Hand and Stone in this spot because everyone raved about Victoria being the GREATEST! And they were spot on! Top-notch service in a serene and tidy setting at a reasonable cost. We'll definitely be returning soon!
The masseuse I had was dreadful, I can't even recall her name. She lacked any form of personal touch and had no personality whatsoever. On the flip side, my facial with Morgan was fantastic. She was attentive and genuinely seemed enthusiastic about providing the service. The masseuse behaved as if I had intruded on her at home and she really didn't want to do the massage.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL The customer service here is shockingly subpar and unsatisfactory! Prior to buying a couples massage, I specifically inquired if I could schedule my appointment without my partner if he wasn't available due to our conflicting schedules, and they assured me that it was possible. That's why I made the purchase at that time. When I was in considerable pain and decided to finally book my appointment, they were incredibly rude and refused to schedule it without my partner, who was away on a work trip at the time. Fed up with all their lies and excuses, I demanded a refund if they couldn't accommodate my request. Despite their initial agreement to refund my money, I never managed to schedule my appointment and never received my refund despite numerous requests. They kept dragging the issue on for months with various excuses to avoid issuing the refund. I even asked for the owner to contact me, but that never happened. It's been 2 years now, and I still haven't received my refund. Beware, they are solely focused on money and will say anything to get you to pay. I eventually joined Massage Envy and had a much better experience there.
