I am currently in the parking lot post my haircut at the new spot in Julian's Plaza. Kelly was my stylist, and without a doubt, she is the GREATEST I've ever had. I have never felt more listened to regarding my hair preferences, asked for her input, and allowed her to work her magic. Tomorrow is my birthday, and she has truly made my weekend delightful. If you desire a top-notch haircut and style with a fantastic personality, Kelly is your person. I won't let anyone else touch my hair again. Thank you, Kelly!! You are a treasure!
Absolutely amazing customer service! Today 2.8.24 marked our grandson's 1st haircut (not at home, lol.) This visit was filled with apprehension, as our 5-year-old was quite nervous. However, Lexi ensured he was comfortable and explained each step of the haircut to him. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a wonderful experience. Kudos to the team at this location and a big thank you to Lexi & Diane for making our grandson's haircut stress-free and super cool (his words). By the way, my husband and I also had haircuts and we are extremely pleased. I highly recommend getting a haircut at this location. You won't be disappointed! Many thanks to Diane and Lexi!
I must express my dissatisfaction with this establishment. This is the second time I have had a negative experience. They are a new branch of Great Clips off Webber Rd in Bolingbrook.
