Carol, the proprietor, is an outstanding artist! The interior is exquisite and immaculate. The pricing is great, and she consistently exceeds expectations during each of my visits!
There's a comment above that perfectly describes my experience. This establishment lacks warmth and hospitality entirely!!! The staff's demeanor is unpredictable, and they create an unwelcoming atmosphere. The nail services are inconsistent. The young technician lacks personality! I find myself needing a nail fix almost every week. I tried to persist due to the convenience, but I've reached my limit with their atrocious customer service. Even when I was dissatisfied, I would still tip hoping for improvement, but each visit has been worse than the last. 0/10 would not recommend!!!
I required assistance with my cuticles on both my hands and feet! Due to frequent use of hand sanitizer and antibacterial soaps, my skin had become extremely dry. I opted for a long-lasting manicure and pedicure, and I feel rejuvenated. THANK YOU, PENNY!!! They accommodated me as a walk-in after my work shift, and I will definitely be back, especially since Portillos is located in the same shopping center.
