The staff was incredibly friendly. I did need to reschedule my appointment last minute for just a half-hour later, and there was a client scheduled right after me. While it was somewhat understandable that my nails were rushed, they turned out a bit uneven. The nails on my right hand are longer than those on my left, giving the impression of needing a fill almost immediately. I had my nails done on Saturday, and the photos were taken on Monday, just two days later. I am currently in the parking lot post my haircut at the new spot in Julian's Plaza. Kelly was my stylist, and without a doubt, she is the GREATEST I've ever had. I have never felt more listened to regarding my hair preferences, asked for her input, and allowed her to work her magic. Tomorrow is my birthday, and she has truly made my weekend delightful.
