The entire team at this salon is fantastic! Nina excels in nail art, showcasing proficiency in various designs and styles.
Everyone here is incredibly friendly! When you schedule an appointment, they attend to you promptly, unlike many other salons. I visit Nancy, and she consistently delivers exceptional manicures and pedicures. This is now my preferred salon!
My experience with the mani/pedi here was dreadful. I opted for gel nails, only to realize the poor quality of the paint job once I returned home. The polish was so thick that it started peeling off within two days. My nails appear uneven and "wavy" due to the haphazard application of polish. Additionally, the polish was applied over my cuticles, indicating poor trimming. The same subpar service was provided during my pedicure. I feel like I wasted $95 plus a $10 tip. If I had noticed the low quality during my visit, I wouldn't have tipped at all. I have no intention of revisiting this establishment. The attached photos were taken on the same day! Atrocious!
