I have visited this salon multiple times, and each experience has been pleasant. However, during my most recent appointment scheduled for 1:00 on a Friday, they did not begin working on me until 2:22. I was quite dissatisfied with my nails this time. The filing was not done correctly, the paint had bubbles, and overall, the entire experience was disappointing.
Extremely let down. Female nail tech was quite impolite, she inquired about my thoughts on the nails and when I mentioned that my left hand nails seemed too thin compared to my right hand, she chuckled and insisted they were fine. I inquired about the cost of my nails beforehand, as all my nails were of different sizes due to her rushing and appearing more concerned about finishing quickly. The price for the nails was altered twice, despite no changes made on my part. When I confronted her about the price changes, she raised her voice and kept repeating herself. Both my partner and I had our nails done, and the technician working on his allowed him to draw the initial he wanted on his nail. However, when I requested the same from the female tech, she claimed they couldn't do that, only stickers... This made me feel uneasy, and I do not plan on returning. It has only been three days, and my nails already look like they need a refill, with numerous bubbles present.
