I arranged an appointment with a trainee stylist for a lash treatment. The service was pleasant and the staff were welcoming. However, the end result did not quite match the reference photos I provided. The images clearly show some gaps in my lashes towards the inner corners. If you desire very long and thick lashes, I would not suggest booking with Lash Lounge Blue Bell. It seems the senior stylists may deliver better outcomes. I opted to cancel my complimentary refill appointment as the result did not meet my expectations.
Just had my first refill after getting a hybrid full set two weeks ago, and I am officially obsessed! Niah did an excellent job assisting me in choosing the volume and curl type during my initial appointment. She worked swiftly and meticulously during the refill session tonight. The receptionists were also incredibly kind and helpful! Thank you, Lash Lounge!
