I experienced a 60-minute healing session with Jordan today. Serenity Spa is a charming and inviting place with a cozy atmosphere. Jordan inquired about my specific areas of tension to tailor the session accordingly. Their communication regarding pressure and my comfort level was exceptional. I highly suggest Serenity Spa for those in or near the Blue Bell region. I arranged an appointment with a trainee stylist for a lash treatment. The service was pleasant and the staff were welcoming. However, the end result did not quite match the reference photos I provided. The images clearly show some gaps in my lashes towards the inner corners. If you desire very long and thick lashes, I would not suggest booking with Lash Lounge Blue Bell. It seems the senior stylists may deliver better outcomes. Nothing felt hurried and she devoted a significant amount of time to my hair. It’s the first time I’ve encountered a hairstylist like her. I wanted a significant change from brown hair to a natural blond shade (before & after photos).
