For over a decade, Lauren has been my go-to stylist, always delivering exceptional results. She greets everyone warmly, and I don't mind waiting for her. The online check-in system is efficient, and I can easily plan my errands around my hair appointments.
I visited the salon on 30 Jan 2024 for a simple undercut trim but ended up paying for a full haircut with a tip. It wasn't until I wanted a photo that I noticed the rushed, uneven mess. Now, I have to wait for it to grow out and find another stylist.
